The login safety feels mostly fine to me. It seems secure enough, secure enough for everyday use, but I wouldn’t say it feels absolutely perfect.

I usually pull up the Tanger app when we’re heading over there, and it’s been useful for grabbing quick deals. The coupons show up fast, and I like being able to check which stores are in there before I get all the way there. It’s not perfect, though — it randomly signs me out sometimes, which is annoying when I’m already walking around. Still, for what I use it for, it makes the whole shopping thing easier.

The place itself was easy enough to find and the location was fine, but the parking situation was kind of weird. Getting out took way longer than it should have, and what made it more annoying was that it wasn’t clear who actually owned or managed the lot. Everyone seemed to point you somewhere else, so it felt like nobody wanted to take responsibility.

I found a few good prices, which I definitely appreciated since I’m careful about what I spend. That said, the site felt a little confusing to use, so shopping around for the best deal took more effort than I expected. It was okay overall, just not as smooth as I’d like

I stopped in while shopping the restrooms were disappointing. They weren’t totally disgusting, but that doesn’t mean they were okay. Some stalls were out of toilet paper, the floor was wet, and it really felt like nobody on staff was bothering to check on them. It’s frustrating because this is such a basic thing to keep up with. Not the worst bathroom I’ve seen, but whoever’s responsible for maintaining it needs to do better

Tanger.com was really easy for me to use. I found the outlet I was looking for quickly, and the store list loaded fine on my phone. The deals were easy enough to understand too, and I liked that the info matched up with the emails I had gotten about a couple of sales. I didn’t have any trouble checking store hours or getting directions, so overall it was a smooth experience.

I went on a Saturday expecting it to be super crowded, but it was actually relaxed. I could walk around without feeling rushed, the lines weren’t bad at all, and parking ended up being easier than I thought. For me, it felt like a good time to go if you want to avoid the usual weekend chaos.

Most of the stuff I was looking for was available, so it didn’t feel like a wasted visit. A couple sizes were picked over, but that’s kind of expected with outlet shopping, right??

I ran into a problem with an online order getting help was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. They make it sound like customer service is quick and helpful, but in reality I waited around for replies and most of them felt like copy-paste answers. It did eventually get fixed, so I’ll give them that, but the whole experience didn’t really match what they advertise. Disappointing

We had a good day here with the kids. I was in a decent mood since it was easy to get around, the kids stayed happy, and we even found a few nice deals. Definitely a chill spot for a family shopping trip.

I use Tanger Outlets often just to see what stores are at the outlets before I make the trip. The site is simple enough to browse, and it gives me a good idea of whether it’s worth going.

They have a solid mix of stores, especially for shoes, clothes, and some home stuff. Just keep in mind that not every outlet location has the same shops, so I usually double-check first.

I’d give it 4 stars because I just wish there were a few more store options and maybe quicker updates when places open or close. Overall though, it’s still useful and helps me plan ahead.
